RETURN POLICY
We don’t want our customers to be unhappy with their purchase. If you are, we are more than willing to process a return.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned within 30 days of purchase, given that the item(s) is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached. Accessories are final sale.
Returns are only refunded in the form of store credit. Store credit is issued in the form of a discount code via email and does not expire. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Some items have limited availability of styles and sizes. Please contact us for availability before processing return of current item.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
To return your item, please email us at customerservice@ridindirtycrew.com or fill out the form on the contact page. Only items purchased online (not in person at an event) are eligible for return.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs and getting the item back to us. The customer assumes the cost of shipping for refunds or exchanges.
Please keep record of your tracking number until we have confirmed that the return package has been received. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the process.
Once the return package is delivered and the item(s) have passed inspection, a refund will be processed. This can take up to 3 business days.
